Why WiFi Camera?

Simply plug into a standard power outlet. The wifi ip camera connects wirelessly via WiFi - no Ethernet cable required.

Does AI Video Search work with NVR?

Standalone - fully supported in App and PC client.

With NVR: if the NVR supports AI, the feature is available. If the NVR does not support AI, AI Video Search is not available.

Why can’t I see the PT view or PT controls?

Update the App, camera firmware, and Client software to the latest versions. If connected to a Home Hub or NVR, make sure the Hub/NVR firmware is up to date and the device is compatible with OMVI 3i WiFi.

Why does the App show both views, but the PC Client only shows the panoramic view?

When used as a standalone camera, the PC Client supports both panoramic and PT views. When connected through a Home Hub or NVR, dual-view support on the Client is not yet available and will be added in a future update.

Why can’t I find the Auto Framing feature in the App, Hub, NVR, or PC Client?

Ensure the App, camera firmware, NVR firmware, and Client software are updated to the latest versions. Auto Framing is currently unavailable on Home Hub Pro, and support for some platforms may require future software updates.
